Group Counseling
Group counseling is a form of therapy where a group of people meet regularly to discuss, interact and explore problems with each other and the group leader(s). Groups consist of roughly five to fifteen people and are led by one or more trained mental health clinicians. Group counseling is a collaborative process for exploring personal challenges and growth.
Family Counseling
Family counseling is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving interactions and communication between family members. Family therapists often seek to have all family members affected by the problem attend therapy sessions, but that is not always possible or necessary.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling helps couples gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict, and improve relationship satisfaction. Additionally, through couples counseling, couples learn how to communicate more effectively, have a better understanding of their partners and become more cohesive.
